recommended for my blood type,

"I read an article online that reccommended Bladderwrack for blood type O people. Don't ask me why but I do believe there are specific do's and don'ts for each blood type.
I just started taking Bladderwrack and don't notice any difference, but I like to be on the safe side, so I'll continue and see."
