Helps me with "wet" ears

"When I start to feel a lot of fluid in my ears, I put a .5 to 1 m drop of the EchinaGuard drops in whatever I'm drinking at the moment. Within a day or two of continuing this, I start to notice that my ears feel better and aren't as "wet"."

Nature's Way EchinaGuard® Directions

Maintenance: Take 2.5 ml, 3 times daily for 6-8 weeks followed by a 2 week break. Children under 12 take 1/2 adult dosage.

Intensive Take 2.5 ml, every 2 hours for the first 48 hours. Then 2.5 ml 3 times daily for the next 8-9 days. Best if added to water or juice. Shake well before use.
