"This stuff is great! Works every time. I've tried other brands but always come back to this. The fact that it's in glycerin instead of alcohol makes it much more palatable. (though goldenseal is nasty tasting regardless). Highly recommended."

Nature's Way Echinacea Goldenseal Directions

Shake well. Maintenance: Take 1 ml in a small amount of water 3 times daily for 4-6 weeks, followed by a 2 week break. Children under 12: Take 1/2 half adult dosage.
Intensive: Take 2 ml, 4 times daily, not to exceed 10 consecutive days.

Refrigerate after opening.
