"I have used Nature's Way coconut oil for a few months now. Our family enjoys cooking with it. We use it in all our baked goods, on our vegatbles and most breakfast foods.
We also use coconut oil for lotion and conditioner.
It is the most reasonably priced cocnut oil, with out compromise on the quality of the oil."

"I love coconut oil to bake and cook with. However I do NOT like the ones that taste and smell like coconut. When you use it in everything you cook it gets a little overwhelming to have coconut smell & taste 24/7! I have found another brand that Vitacost sells that has NO TASTE and it is wonderful! It also comes in a glass container!"

Nature's Way EfaGold® Coconut Oil Directions

As a supplement, take 1 tablespoon 1-4 times daily. May be used as a spread or added to salad dressings & smoothies.

For Cooking: Use in place of butter, margarine, shortening or other cooking oils for baking or frying in temperatures up to 350° degrees.

For Skin Care: Use as a moisturizing lotion. Place jar in warm water to liquefy, then massage small amounts onto the skin.

For Hair Care: Use as a conditioner. Place jar in warm water to liquefy, then apply 2 teaspoons to hair 1 to 2 hours before washing.
