"I love that this supplement has the actual lignans in it. Most flax oil supplements are just the oil. If you look up what lignans do for women, you'll see that the lignans are what makes this supplement so much better for you than a normal flax oil supplement. Plus, taking these supplements has really improved my skin and hair!"

"I have purchsed this product under another brand with same milligrams and they weren't near as huge. These pills are too big to swallow properly with out choking and or gagging"
