I have not noticed anything with this product but I guess it couldn't hurt.

Best recommendation ever!
under a friend's recommendation I tried garlic and parsley pills for hot flashes. Within 1 week of using these pills my hot flashes went away, thank God!

great product
I had recently read that garlic and parsley may help with hot flashes. Hot flashes for me was a daily problem, all day. This product worked almost immediately for me. No more hot flashes.
