"i like this because i can feel it working right away. it increases blood flow to my hands and feet. in as soon as 30 min i can feel it working and it doesnt require a large dosage to be effective."

"I have noticed over the years that Natures Way herbs seem to be fresher and more like the real herbs that I have found in the wild as far as color, smell and efficacy.
