"Natures Way products are usually very good. The Hoodia did absolutely nothing to curb my appetite. It also gave me slight headaches."

"I found it effective and save. I took two pills and hour before each meal. It didn't make me feel sick like some diet pills. I stopped snacking all day and noticed a difference in only two weeks."

"If you are looking to truly loose weight then don't use this at all. Has no appetite supressing qualities whatsoever. Horrible Product!"
