"I have used horestail weed for years. Natures Way is one of the better brands out there in my opinion. It is great for skin hair and nails. Also helps your body absorb calcium. When I stop using it my nails begin to break and split ends appear. Also a great diuretic, so be sure and drink plenty of water."

"I like to use this product for those times when I am bloated and retaining water in my body. You must make sure you drink alot of water when taking it. You will flush your system of excess water when you drink enough water. If you don't, you will become dehydrated. This is an herbal formula that seems to work right away - but everyone's body is different.

Also, this is natural silica which is good for strengthening hair and nails. You can't beat the price!"

"I bought this because I read it is good for your teeth. Well, I can testify, it is GREAT for your teeth. I have a tooth that was capped 27 years ago, and sometimes causes me pain. So I have learned to take a few horsetail grass capsules a few times a day when this happens, and no more pain.

It has to do with silica, and for whatever reason it does work for my tooth problem. I should probably take it every day. I just take it for pain. Don't ask me why, but it works for me."
