"I gave the kelp 3 stars only because I don't think it has done anything for me. I will most likely finish what I have and move on. Just had blood analysis done and it looks pretty good...so taking it hasn't hurt me. Just don't notice a difference. Would I say give it try? Yes, because it might work for you."

Get iron w/ a side of seaweed:)

"Fantastic way to get so many of the benefits of a sea vegetable w/out having to eat it directly. Sushi is great but I'm not a big fan of chopped seaweed on salads or in smoothies...so this is a shortcut. Nice supply of iron as well."

"We use sea salt which has no added iodine. I take kelp regularly for iodine. nature's way is a reliable brand, I buy many products of this brand, vitacost has great price and great produts, now they offer free shipping with orders over $49.00. I have been a layal customer of vitacost for over 5 years. I order vitamines, herbs, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste lotion, and sunblocks with vitacost."
