"My hair was thinning after age 50 and I was concerned. I read many articles on thinning hair. One of the recommendations was Flaxseed oil and Primrose Oil. I have been taking 2 capsules of Flaxseed oil and 1 capsule of Primrose oil per day for about 4 years now. For me it has made my hair thicker and shinier."

"I prefer to take a Flax based Omega-3 product with my Fish Oil based Omega-3 products, as I believe the combination is better for you than just using one or the other. There are combo products that mix Flax and Fish oils together, but they tend to be more expensive than buying the two separate. Plus, you will get a generally cleaner product when not mixed. Also, Flax oil taken by itself is not balanced in Omega 3-6-9, nor is Fish Oil alone. Mixing them creates a very good balance, expecially between your needs for Omega 3 and Omega 6."

"I have always had trouble with bruising but using Flax Oil has reduce the healing time immensely. I was paying over $20.00 for the same product (without the Omega values) that I'm now paying just under $5.00 for. The value, quality, and satidfaction you receive from Vitacost is amazing.
