"Peppermint is an excellent natural GI antiseptic- Excellent to keep on hand for various GI problems & for occasional use as a digestive antiseptic. Great for nighttime as it helps calm GI tract while aiding in sleep- I take 1 capsule if needed. Notice "Sleepytime Teas" usually contain a mint, often Peppermint-"
