Directions
Usual dosage: Take one tablet (1 billion bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus microorganisms) per day. Intensive dosage: After two weeks at the usual dosage, intake may be increased to one tablet three times per day.
Warnings
To retain maxium potency, keep refridgerated. Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap film and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.
