Bacterial Cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium longum	37 mg

Other Ingredients: Sugar, sorbitol, maltodextrin, cellulose, magnesium stearate, citric acid, natural orange flavor, vanilla flavor, ascorbic acid, turmeric. May contain a minimal residual amount of dairy or soy protein.

Directions

Usual dosage: Take one tablet (1 billion bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus microorganisms) per day. Intensive dosage: After two weeks at the usual dosage, intake may be increased to one tablet three times per day.

Warnings

To retain maxium potency, keep refridgerated. Double safety sealed with a printed outer shrinkwrap film and a printed inner bottle freshness seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing.

May contain a minimal residual amount of dairy or soy protein.
