Unlike other herbs or vitamins

"Bottom line is this stuff works, within three days you feel a definite difference; more energy, less tired lulls in the day, helps with stress and focus, and no come down like coffee. I started taking it after my girlfriend discovered that it helped here with her stress and anxiety she began having because of her job; she almost quit. So I tried it to help with my long hours at work and was amazed to find that it really helped the mid-day lulls I was getting. So thats my experience, try it out for three or four days and if you don't tell a difference i'll be shocked. btw this is the first review i've written about anything so i guess that tells you something too."
