"I have found that Valerian definitely helps this 50 something woman to sleep throughout the night, with no side effects. Unfortunately other brands smelled so bad I could hardly take them. This is such an improvement! Works with almost no smell."

"Quite unfortunately, I saw no results. I still woke up several times. The only difference that I noticed? Dreams. I had tons of dreams that I vividly remember. So basically, even when I'm sleeping, I'm not resting when I take this stuff. Only good thing is the small size of the pills and the lack of smell."

"Valerian coupled with Melissa consistently provides an easy, relaxing sleep. I like that I can take up to 3 tablets for those nights I feel extra tense before retiring. That strong scent Valerian is known for is missing in this product though the benefits are evident. I find comfort in Valerian's odor because it can indicate how fresh the product is. Still, it can be disconcerting and a bit overwhelming. In this product, you get the best of Valerian without the aroma hangover."
