not into beta carotene
This probably was my own mistake, but it was hard to tell from the ad copy - I wanted fish oil A, and this is a dry powder form of (supposedly) vit. A that farther down the label admits to being 2/3rds beta carotene, which some people do not convert to active vit. A well (IMHO).
However, Nature's Way is a good company, and I use some of their other products.
