"This probably was my own mistake, but it was hard to tell from the ad copy - I wanted fish oil A, and this is a dry powder form of (supposedly) vit. A that farther down the label admits to being 2/3rds beta carotene, which some people do not convert to active vit. A well (IMHO).

However, Nature's Way is a good company, and I use some of their other products."

Warnings

Women who are pregnant or likely to become pregnant should not exceed the recommended dose. Exceeding the recommended dose will result in ingestion of more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A from retinyl which, in high amounts, is known to cause birth defects.

Freshness & safety sealed with printed outer shrinkwrap and printed inner seal. Do not use if either seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children.
