"I have tried many brands, from store brand to mixing my own. This is the best I have found in over 10 years. I like the conditioner they supply with the color. And last few I bought came with the shampoo. Truly Heavenly. I wish they would market the shampoo, such a great product. I put oil in my hair, the night before I color, comes out awesome. Very Happy with the product."

"I was originally a medium brown color to start with; I was looking for the darkest brown color there is without it being black. For me, it turned out to be just that. This product does indeed have a red hue to it, mainly in the sun. Indoors or in shade it looks to be a very dark brown. I was looking for a change in my look and am satisfied because that is what I got. I have received many compliments on the color. I could tell there was less stripping and drying of my hair as there have been in the past with chemical dyes."

"I've been using this product for more than five years, and I color every three weeks.
When I switched from Salon coloring to home coloring, I didn't expect identical results. I was really looking for convenience because I travel so much for work. I've tried home coloring before, and just wasn't pleased with the overall mix.

What Naturtint does VERY well is mix its solutions so there's a natural tinted highlight, which shows up under lights or outdoors in the sunshine and stays natural looking under normal lighting. The colors are rich and absorbant.

I've got tough gray hairs so I leave it in for a full 45 minutes. I've tried about three different colors and this one works the best for me as far as coverage. The other two colors were straight Mahogany, and then Chestnut. Chestnut is beautiful too, but the golden highlights didn't cover my gray as well. This blend of both Mahogany and Chestnut worked better for my naturally dark brown hair and skin tones.

The only thing that I don't like is the fact that the color does bleed when you wash your hair the first few times. I buy a separate hair wrap so I don't ruin towels with my hair color. It does wash out, but repeated stains can set in. I think this is natural and a small price to pay for such a beautiful color. Just remember to rinse the dye out well after application, and dry your hair completely the first two or three times you wash your hair."

"I wanted to try hair products that are safer and healthier to use. This was my first purchase and I was very pleased. I have colored for years, usually at a salon. But salons have not caught up to the "healthier" trend. This product was easy to use and effective. It has been over 4 weeks and the color is still great. I did go to the mfg website to get a better look at the colors. The color you see is the color you get. I will order it again."
