"I gave up sugar and flour about 5 years ago and chocolate along with it. I was thrilled to learn that raw cacao was actually healthy...I put it my plain yogurt with stevia and I also make a granola with these, soy nuts, goji berries, sprouted lentils, blueberries and bananas and mix in vanilla soy milk....the granola is also sweetened with stevia....so so so good!"

"I dump these into muffins along with different fruits. I also like to mix them with chopped dates and walnuts or pecans. They counter the intense sweetness of the dates, and the nuts give some crunch. This is a very good price for cacao nibs. I did a lot of checking before I ordered."

Was hoping it was more like chocolate chips!,

"These are hard little nuggets that don't melt at all during baking, so it's hard to pass them off as a substitute for chocolate chips. Too hard for young children, and you have to have plenty of sweetness to off-set the bitterness of the pure cocoa. Still trying to find a way to use them effectively, but I will."
