This process removes sugar, lactose, and fat, and then extracts crucial protein fractions such as the primary functional and nutritional proteins alpha- and beta- lactoglobulins. Stir one or two scoops in 6-8 oz of water or low fat milk. Collagen Sport™ is designed to dissolve easily with a spoon if a shaker cup is not available. For a thicker shake, crush ice in a blender, add your favorite fruit, juice, or yogurt then add the Collagen Sport™, blend for 30 seconds.
