"I really like this product. New Chapter is an excellent company, and I always am pleased with their products. This supplement definitiely gives me more energy, without jitters. It makes me feel focused and upbeat, yet somehow calm. I can feel the difference. It's really helpful when you don't get enough sleep too. Plus I love that the capsule is really small. It's good stuff - and a must have for a busy working mom like me."

"This product is amazing! I have been taking it for a month now and it is so subtle and yet so powerful. I was subject to many automatic negative thoughts and since taking this, I find those things do not come around so much. I am able to react to things so much more appropriatly. I find myself not "mentally beating myself up" for not getting things done, and as a side effect am getting more done because I am not wasting time on those needless thoughts. What a relief!!!"

NC 100 mg is great,

"I have been taking rhodiola for several months after reading "Rhodiola Revolution". I started with New Chapter's 100mg product, and have subsequently tried other brands as well as New Chapter's higher-dosage 300mg. NC's 100mg is the best one for me. Other brands felt a bit too much like coffee at the same dosage and made me a little too jittery. Oddly enough the NC 300mg made me sleepy (although this side effect was noted in "RR"). I usually take 400mg throughout the first half of the day, and it gives me the brain/body stamina I need to deal with my complex projects at work, remain approachable, and not resort to Cheetos stress-eating...most of the time :) I highly recommend this product."

Your best bet is to start with a small serving of Rhodiola rosea - for example, one 100-milligram capsule 30 minutes before breakfast - and observe how your system responds. If you notice no effect after 3 days, then add another capsule 30 minutes before lunch. Once you feel more energetic or you see some improvement in your mood, mental alertness, memory or physical endurance, stay at the same serving for at least 3 weeks to determine how much benefit you get. If you think that you need a slightly bigger boost, add a third capsule before breakfast, then wait another 3 to 7 days before - if necessary - adding a fourth capsule before lunch.

Suggested Use: One Vcap daily, preferably 30 minutes before breakfast.
