"My wife likes this product; she prefers to bite thje capsule and swallow the pleasant tasting oil (the spit out the capsule) rather than swallow the capsule whole. She has some problems swallowing pills and the flavoring of the oil is a big help to her. The product is much better priced here than at health food stores."

"I've been using this product for over a year now, and I like it very much. I like the combination of the EPO with the fish oil. I find it helps reduce breast tenderness that can come before my cycle; other fish oil supplements did not do that. Overall, a very good product."

"This product reduced my menstral cramps almost 100%. The evening primrose must be the charm. I would recommend this product to women with hormonal balance issues. I was taking the Nordic Omegas without the primrose prior to this."
