Great Taste

"This liquid carob is so much better than the dry powdered carob. I love it mixed in with almond milk for a chocolate like taste. It curbs my craving for chocolate and it is so good for you too. You don't have to use very much, about 1 tsp in a large glass. I put it over yogurt mixed with vanilla extract for a nice treat."

"I like using this concentrate to make a hot carob drink. I just add a teaspoon to a cup of hot water with honey and a bit of plain soy milk. Carob is good for diarrhea, too. Make a plain hot drink without sweetener. It helps stop the runs caused by digestive upset. My son tried this and found it helpful. A little pricey, but the quality is wonderful and the bottle goes a long way!"
