True health bar - Thank God

"99.9% of the health bars out have something that is not right for me. This is a great tasting Organic non- GMO seed bar with just a touch of honey - not too sweet. I crave flax seeds and they are so good for you. This is also a great price. I Thank God I found this to have as a healthy snack. I can also use as a source of by 7:30 am protein my Doctor wants me to eat."

"This is a good bar and my husband enjoys them. It's a great way to get some fiber quickly in snack form. My one complaint is that the spelling of raisin be corrected in the title description."
