"It's lithium. It does what lithium is supposed to do. Pharmaceutical companies will never admit it, but the lithium in the orotate or aspartate forms works the same as that in the clinically dominant carbonate form. The bottle looks like it was printed with a 5-dollar label maker from office depot, but the price just can't be beat, and I can vouch for the quality of the lithium itself. The orotate clears more slowly than the carbonate, so you may want to monitor serum levels at higher dosages. On the other hand, you don't need to take nearly as much. Overall I could not be happier with it. I mean what more can you ask from it?"
