"This is a wonderful multi-vitamin product, with the same dose of vitamin C as "emergenC". Its a bit on the expensive side, but the Ola Loa company explains how they take care to put the better vitamins into the mix, not the cheapest. Its great for plane travel too. (no liquid!)"
