Inhalation:
Daytime: Inhaling vapor s from a tissue sprinkled with Olbas Oil quickly clears the head and makes breathing easier. Brings fast relief when suffering from a cold, flu or allergies. Try adding 20 drops of Olbas Oils to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over head and breathe vapors in deeply for 5 or 10 minutes.
