How BCAA Keto (3:1) Works
The Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs), leucine, isoleucine, and valine, are important, essential amino acids. The combination of these three amino acids make up approximately 1/3 of skeletal muscle and play an important role in protein synthesis. BCAAs are needed for the maintenance of muscle tissue, appear to preserve muscle glycogen stores and help reduce muscle protein breakdown during exercise.
