"this theanine was almost totally ineffective, I normally use Solaray but this brand was less expensive. I use this to promote sleep, this brand did almost nothing for me."

"L-Theanine is very helpful in reducing the feelings of stress. There are no adverse side effects and no rebound fatigue. It is also helpful in reducing the effects of PMS.
