Once Again Nut Butter uses only the finest organic almonds available. They are dry roasted and milled with nothing else added to produce our delicious organic almond butter. This is a gluten free product.

Our Old Fashioned Peanut Butters are made by roasting and grinding unblanched, dry roasted Virginia peanuts smooth or crunchy. You may notice speckles inside the butter. That is because this naturally sweet peanut is roasted and milled with the skins left on to produced a sweet flavor. Oil separation occurs naturally. To prevent, stir and refrigerate or freeze.

Tahini is made from ground, mechanically hulled sesame seeds. We lightly roast the seeds before milling them. This enhances the natural nutty flavor. This product is wonderful, especially when used in sauces, soups, and salad dressings.
