Directions
Pour One cup of boiling water over one tea bag in a cup. Let the tea steep for two to three minutes (do not steep too long, press tea bag lightly. Drink hot or cold, but always after a meal - preferably the evening meal. If the tea is too strong dilute with water to taste.
