"This product is a very good alternative to regular sugar, and artifical sweeteners. I've had other Stevia products before, this one is more fluffier so it has a consistnacy like powdered sugar. It's VERY sweet, so one tiny little scoop is just like two large tablespoons of sugar, but without the bad affects of sugar, and it will last much longer than the amount of suger bought with the equal amount of money. I certainly reconmend to other buyers."

"Tastes sort of bitter-sweet when you put it directly on your tongue. I have only used it in coffee and it works OK for that, though I would never confuse it with real sugar. I now use it in every cup of black coffee as part of a diet program. I used to use Splenda."

"I think this is the best stevia product I've purchased. It dissolves fast in hot and cold beverages, and you only need that small spoonful for plenty of sweetness. I haven't tried it in baking yet, but will soon. The price can't be beat if you're on a small budget. The S&H charge is offset by the large amount of product that lasts for several months. Good taste, good price, and long-lasting...what else could you ask for! Thank you for a great product."

"I use this sweetener in ice teas and in desserts. But I wish that they had a conversion chart with sugar so I would know how much to use in recipes. I just guess and then taste it as I go. I can taste an aftertaste if I use too much. Overall, I enjoy this product."
