"I have been using Optimum Nutrition powders for many years, originally with their "Pro Complex" formula in the late 80's. The taste is usually quite good, and they mix well.

I have tried the Double Rich Chocolate, and think I just got tired of the same thing after 5 years or so, so decided to try out this Extreme Milk Choc. Wow. It is great tasting.

The Double Rich still is good, but the flavor is milder, less "chocolatey" if you will.

I also like Optimum's Vanilla Ice Cream Whey. The Cake Batter is pretty good too. The Chocolate Malt tastes like Whoppers candy.

For shakers, the Tupperware shaker is a good one, and so is the BlenderBottle - sold here on Vitacost for under $6. I like the smaller one (18 oz?) because the 25oz. BlenderBottle is pretty tall.

So I definitely recommend this flavor of Whey protein, it has great taste and here there is a good price."

"After trying both Double Rich Chocolate and Extreme Milk Chocolate, i definitely prefer the Double Rich. In both milk or water alone the taste is better. I prefer to get it down with a decent taste/texture, and the extreme milk chocolate is a little thicker and creamier. I normally make a drink consisting of Protein, Some Sort of Milk, a large Banana, and ice cubs, and just blend it together."

"After trying cheap Body Fortress and then expensive Muscletech proteins, I stumbled across ON. Fantastic product! This particular flavor is the best I've tried so far out of their whey protein powders. Holds me through my lifting and helps me recover afterwards. My best results have been with ON protein. TRY IT!"
