"I bought this after hearing great reviews about it and wanted a change from champion whey. First, I should state that I have been using vanilla whey as part of my hot coffee drinks lately and using double-scoops each time. In terms of texture, this vanilla would coagulate in my coffee if it was too hot (most do but this one was feisty.) The flavor was less powerful when compared to aforementioned brand- which was a perfect substitute for creamer or milk. This one? Not so much. I ended up adding chocolate flavor whey to give it some more flavor. I plan to experiment with cold drinks but I do not have high hopes as it was not a very strong flavor even in a weak coffee. I have also heard this to be a great buy in terms of nutrition and I have enjoyed that each scoop has a bit more protein than the ones I have had so far. I may give another flavor a try sometime down the road."

Consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day through a combination of high protein foods and protein supplements. For the best results, consume your daily protein allotment over several small meals spread evenly throughout the day.

Spoon Stirred: Gold Standard 100% Whey™ is Instantized. That means if you forgot your shaker cup or don't have time to get out the blender, you can just add one rounded scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey™ to a glass filled with 6-8 oz of water or your favorite beverage. Then mix it up with a spoon, stir for about 20 seconds, or until powder is completely dissolved. TIP: Adjust the intensity of your Gold Standard 100% Whey™ by varying the amount of liquid that you use to prepare it. For a bolder flavor with slightly more body and sweetness, mix each scoop with 4-6 oz of water, milk, or your favorite beverage. For a milder tasting, less sweet shake, use 8-10 oz of liquid per scoop.
