SPOON STIRRED: Add 1 level scoop of Instantized BCAA + Creatine Powder to a glass filled with 8-16 oz of cold water. Then mix it up with a spoon. Stir for about 15-20 seconds.
SHAKER: Add 1 level scoop of Instantized BCAAs + Creatine Powder to your shaker cup filled with 8-16 oz of cold water. Cover and shake for 10 seconds.
Tip: Try adding Instantized BCAA + Creatine Powder to bottled water that you take along to the gym and sip through your workout.
SUGGESTED USE: Consume Instantized BCAA + Creatine Powder between meals, 30-45 minutes before workouts, and/or immediately after workouts.
