Add 2 scoops of Pre-Load Creatine Complex™ to a glass, shaker, or blender filled with 8-12 oz of cold water. Mix thoroughly for 15-20 seconds or until contents are well dispersed. Notes: if using 1 scoop reduce the amount of cold water used by one half. Pre-Load Creatine Complex™ is a highly concentrated supplement, so not all ingredients will completely dissolve into solution. Agitating the prepared liquid slightly during consumption will help suspend the ingredients long enough to drink.
Suggested Use:
On Training Days: Consume 1-2 scoops of Pre-Load Creatine Complex™ 30-60 minutes before exercise.
On Non-Training Days: Consume 1+2 scoops of Pre-Load Creatine Complex™ in between morning and afternoon meals.
Tip: If you find it too difficult to drink 2 scoops of Pre-Load Creatine Complex™ before training, try consuming 1 scoop 30-60 minutes before exercise and a second scoop immediately afterward.
