It's a quality product and tastes like Nestle's Quick. I've tried a few other products but found this to be the best I've tried. Also, it has very little carbs and fat which I find to be much better than say 'muscle milk' that has high carbs and high fat."

For a whey that is free of artificial flavors and sweeteners, this is by far the best. The chocolate flavor is noticable but not overwhelming with just the right level of sweetness. I was surprised at how well the protein mixed into a small glass of skim milk. Also, due to the hydrolyzed process ON uses, the product packs a large amount of protein into a relatively small scoop with very low levels of fat, cholesterol and sodium.
