Add one scoop of Vassive-CE™ to a glass, shaker, or bottle filled with 12-16 ounces of water (more/less water may be used to attain desired flavor concentration.) Mix thoroughly for 10-15 second or until contents are well dispersed.
NOTE: Vassive-CE™ is a highly concentrated supplement mix and not all ingredients will ever completely dissolve into solution. Agitating the prepared liquid slightly during consumption will help suspend the ingredients long enough to drink.
Recommended Use: Consume one serving of Vassive-CE™ upon completing your training. For best results, consume a serving of Vassive-NO™ 30-45 minutes before training.
