"I have been taking this multi for years and when I decided to switch brands to see if I noticed a difference, well I did and not for the good. I feel energized and slimmer when taking Oregon Health multiple vitamin more so than any other products I've tried. Although the price seems to go up, I will continue to use it and recommend it to my friends."
