"This is very tasty, but it doesn't replace a meal...great for a midmorning snack or after a workout. Its not overloaded with sugar like alot of ready make shakes are...I am ordering more."

"This is the best ready-to-drink meal replacement on the market. Look at the ingredients...they speak for themselves...plus it is delicious! I am partial to the Chocolate Fudge, but the vanilla is also delicious. Both are very filling and make a great breakfast or a meal on the go."
