"I eat gluten-free and wanted to try this product for corn muffins. I was very disappointed and couldn't eat the result. It has a very salty and I thought, chalky-type taste.
I have used other non-gluten products with complete satisfaction but this isn't one of them."

"The whole family really like this mix and asked that I get it again. It had a nice sweet taste. Besides muffins, I used it to make battered fish and it worked well for that too."

"I've tried several other gluten-free cornbread mixes and they tend to come out relatively gooey. This cornbread comes out with a great texture and tastes terrific. Value of the product is excellent compared to other brands."
