"I've been looking everywhere for falafel mix and finally found it here! This was pretty easy to make. A bit sticky to put together but it fried up nice. I'm going to buy several more boxes for lunch at work. Next time though, I'd like to try baking them to avoid the oil. So glad I bought it."

"It has yellow peas, onion, parsley, garlic salt, turmeric, herbs and spices, mustard, sodium bicarbonate.
I have tried other falafel mixes and they tasted way better, I believe it was by Authentic Foods, it's in a thick paper pouch and its very good, I will never buy this product again, yuk"

"Best falafel mix. Better than most you get when at a restaurant. So easy to make and doesn't need any additional flavors added or adjustments. I mostly cook from scratch but this is easier and just as good."

"It's great to find a falafel mix that's gluten free and all natural. The texture was great and it was easy to make. Flavor was a tad intense, even when I added some whole chickpeas and bell pepper to the mix. Next time I'll try adding some cornmeal and more beans so that the flavor is a little bit subdued. Good with tahini or olive oil or guacamole because, like all falafels, they are kind of dry in your mouth. Good for an authentic easy meal."

Orgran Gluten Free Falafel Mix Directions

Step 1 - Empty contents of this pack into a bowl and add 170mL (6 fl oz) water, mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.

Step 2 - Form mix into small balls or patties and fry in at least 2 cm (1 inch) vegetable oil.

Step 3 - Drain on absorbent paper towel and serve hot with crisp lettuce, cucumber, tomato, or tahini sauce.

As a stuffing complete step 1, then use.
