Simply add 1 part of GfG to 5 parts of gluten free flour (i.e. rice flour, potato starch, maize starch, or blend)
*Depending on recipe less GfG may be suitable
*Note: GfG is not required for ORGRAN gluten free flour or bread premixes as they already contain this component.
Suggestion for Gluten free flour blend:
2 parts rice flour, 1 part maize starch and 1 part potato starch.
Add 1 part GfG to 5 parts of this blended flour (20g GfG to 100g flour)
