"These were pretty good. Good substitute for chips or regular crackers. I would spread tuna salad on them and have them for a light lunch."

A really good change from bread!

"Recently informed that I needed to change my diet to gluten free products, bread was a big concern; I mainly ate whole wheat, whole grain, and other kinds of "good grains" (rye, etc.). This product is quite nice, and I'm glad I know where I can get it. Thanks, Vitacost."

"This is the BEST bread substitute I have ever tried and I've been searching for twelve years. It is very crisp, tasty and a good base for open face sandwiches. I like to serve it with soup and salad for lunch."
