"There are three people in our house that need to be gluten free, with much frustration we feel as though we have tried them all. Pamela's Bread Mix is by far the BEST WE HAVE FOUND. This is a great mix for everyday bread. It is also a Great base for those that like to add herbs, seeds and nuts to your breads for added flavor. Consistency and texture is great and our family feels like we have a winner!!!!"

"I initially bought this bread mix at the grocery store for a hefty price! I thought this better be one heck of a loaf of bread for that price! I added cheese and jalapenos when I made it and was so impressed. This mix came out very moist and delicious. I cant wait to try it again. Maybe a cinnamon raisin variety?"

"This bread mix makes a firm loaf but it's easy to cut into slices and freeze. It tastes good with a sweet, dense texture.

Unlike some other bread mixes like Bob's Red Mill it is also fairly easy to prepare. A couple of eggs and water."
