"This product may have done something; however, Tiger Balm is more effective. The price here was very good compared to elsewhere, but the "value" was minimal given lack of efficacy.
The product absorbs well and does not leave a residue; others have found it effective"

Peaceful Mountain Arnica Plus Directions

For pre and post exercise support: massage generously before and after physical activity.

Ingredients: Herbal formula: Arnica, white willow*, devil's claw*, witch hazel**, peppermint* and aloe. (*certified organic, **certified wild-crafted) Naturally derived preservatives: Potassium sorbate, originox, vitamin c and vitamin e. Gelling Ingredients: Water and carbomer (less than 1 %).
