Directions
For increased energy and sustained endurance, dissolve 1 sachet of ProEndorphin in approximately 8-12 ounces of tap or bottled water. Recommended for use 15 minutes prior to exercise/competition or to boost general energy levels. Proendorphin can be taken during or after your workout. ProEndorphin, for the best workout of your life. Do not exceed 2 sachets in a 24 hour period. Do not use if foil is damaged.

Phenylketonurics: Contains Phenylalanine.
Some people may experience a "flush" as a result of the dose of Niacin in ProEndorphin. This flush consists of pssing effects such as tingling sensations due to the vasodilation. These effects last for apprixmately 15 minutes and will disappear with continued use of ProEndorphin.
