"I have used this product for 3 years. I put a packet into my water bottle before running or weight training. The flush and tingle was disconcerting at first but found that if I drank the product slower rather than all at once I do not get the flush. I have noticed a gentle but noticable energy boost. I get more contraction while weight training and a continuous energy during running. There are no shakes, no drops like sugar and no mood swings. Love this product"
