"I do not believe that ANYONE could take this product. It cannot be digested, leaves a constant horrible bitter taste that doesn't go away for days. Tried it w/ all types of methods, w/ food, w/out food, w/out diary products,etc and nothing worked. I do not believe it can be made to be taken internally."

"The small tablets are easy to swallow and the dosage isn't too harsh on one's stomach. However, the tablets do have a bitter taste which came as a surprise at first, even if taken with a mouthful of sweet tea."
