"I am not sure if I can really rate this product. I was recommended by my Nutrition to tke this product.. I cannot tell a difference btw when I did not take to now .. after taking it. So I guess only take if it you have been asked by your doctor/nutritionist."

Hot Flushes Are Down,

"I have been taking this product for about three weeks and have noticed that the amount of my hot flushes has been reduced. It does not upset my stomach. I do believe it is beneficial, especially if you are a woman like me who does not want HRT unless it is the last resort. Things are not "perfect" and it's not realistic to think that they ever will be, but I feel much better than I did before I started taking this!"

"Planetary Formula's products are all superior in their formulation and effectiveness. This product combined with their Hawthorn Heart formula have made menopausal symptoms non-existent for me and I enjoy great hormone balance and reproductive health. An added benefit with Vitex is it's overall support and energizing of the pituitary gland and it's regulation of the entire endocrine system - very helpful in the overall promotion of female wellness."

"This supplement regulated my periods and resolved my pms problems. It took two to three months for it to work, but it finally did. I tried to wean myself off after four months and the issues came back immediately. Highly reccommended!"
